During a CBA (Central Anticorruption Bureau) inspection carried out at the NCBR (National Center for Research and Development), officials found flaws in a PLN 110 million contract with TDJ Pitango Ventures, a Polish-Israeli fund that is the most active player in the Polish start-up market. TDJ Pitango Ventures invested €10.6 million in 2018, according to Startup Poland foundation. The fund supports the development of five start-ups: StethoMe, Only, Neptune, Callpage and Cosmose AI. In the worst-case scenario, the young companies will need to give back all the financing they received.
