CD Projekt presents plan to generate PLN 4 bln net profit

CD Projekt has unveiled its incentive program for 2025-2028, targeting a net profit of PLN 4 billion during this period. Analysts believe this goal can be achieved even without the release of the upcoming project, Orion, a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077. The program allocates company shares to managers based on net profit targets, hinting at the studio's release calendar. The company aims for a total of PLN 2 billion net profit between 2023-2026 and PLN 3 billion between 2024-2027.
The new program is structured in two parts, rewarding both employees and management based on specific conditions, including loyalty and profit targets. The upcoming releases may include new titles in the Witcher universe, which could be critical for achieving these goals.
