The Composite Leading Indicator (CLI) for Poland fell by 0.92% y/y and 0.07% m/m in November 2019 and amounted to 98.90 points, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) announced. Level 100.00 points is the long-term average of the indicator.
According to OECD, growing CLI with a value above 100 points means expansion of the economy, falling CLI below 100 points means a downturn, CLI in a downward trend and below 100 points means a slowdown while increasing CLI above 100 points means recovery (reconstruction) in the economy. CLI is ahead of business cycles, OECD's intention is for the shift to be 6-9 months.
