The Polish labor market is experiencing a decline in employee turnover, primarily due to a decrease in attractive job offers, according to Randstad's "Labor Market Monitor." Over the past six months, only 18% of employees changed employers, with women (20%), young people (29%), and those with higher education (19%) being the most mobile. Engineering staff showed the highest turnover at 41%, while manual workers had the least at 10%.
Job search times have decreased slightly to three months, but remain lengthy compared to previous years. Women and residents in rural areas take nearly four to five months to find employment. Notably, only 41% of employees are not seeking new jobs, the lowest level recorded. Despite reduced job changes, job satisfaction is rising, with 74% reporting satisfaction, particularly in telecommunications, IT, and healthcare.
