Infinity office building being built in the very center of Wrocław

Construction works related to the underground construction of the Infinity office building in Wrocław are progressing dynamically. The general contractor of the investment, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, has already completed the construction of the diaphragm wall and has started the excavations and ceilings to the level of the foundation slab. The seven-story A-class office building, which is under construction at Plac Jana Pawła II, will offer a total of nearly 22,000 sqm of office lease space. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
The contractor of the investment will soon reach the deepest point of the excavation (at the level of minus 14.68 meters) and begin preparatory work related to the construction of the first sections of the foundation slab, the thickness of which will be almost 1 m.
"We are very pleased with the pace of construction works under Infinity. The individual stages are carried out by the schedule, and soon we will begin one of the key phases of the underground works, the construction of the first plots of the foundation slab. To do this, we will remove a total of approx. 34,400 cubic meters of land. Parallel to the construction works, we are also conducting intensive talks with the first companies that would like to establish their business future with Infinity. a great proposition for companies looking for modern and safe office spaces," Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Country Director of Avestus Real Estate in Poland, said.
