MicroStrategy moves into Skyliner

NASDAQ-listed company, MicroStrategy, moves its Polish headquarters to the Skyliner office building. The Karimpol Group has signed the lease agreement for 3,000 sqm of space in its flagship investment at Rondo Daszyńskiego. As a part of the phased project, the new tenant will move to the first floor of its new office in June this year. MicroStrategy was represented by AXI IMMO.
MicroStrategy is the largest independent, publicly-traded Business Intelligence company with a leading enterprise analytics platform. The company realizes its vision, Intelligence Everywhere™, by providing modern analytics on an open, comprehensive enterprise platform, optimized for cloud deployment and on-premise. The platform is used by many of the world's most admired brands from the Fortune Global 500 list. MicroStrategy has local offices around the world, and its second-largest office, located in Warsaw, will soon be based in the Skyliner office building.
“Our mission is to make every enterprise more intelligent. Every day, we make sure to provide our clients with intuitive analytical solutions that will help them make smarter and faster decisions. That is why we were looking for an office for the new headquarters that would meet our standards and would allow our employees to work comfortably in a modern space. We believe Skyliner has these advantages. It is a perfectly located and connected office building, equipped with friendly technological solutions and designed in a way that gives it timeless character,” Michał Miziak, Regional Facilities Manager EMEA at MicroStrategy Poland, said.
“We are very pleased that the global giant in the field of analytics and mobile software has chosen our investment for its Polish headquarters. In the same way as MicroStrategy, in Skyliner, we put the user first. This is why we designed the solutions in Skyliner having in mind future office workers. We focused on a timeless design combined with modern technologies supporting the user, such as contactless access to the building, garage, elevators, offices, and one of the most advanced building applications on the market, to be used by all tenants. Already at the design stage, we introduced architectural solutions that allow for the effective use of space and improve working conditions. Importantly, Skyliner combines a number of functions – office, commercial and recreational ones. Thanks to them, the building will be still full of life after office hours. Skyliner offers the business environment which supports companies in their return-to-office strategies,” Harald Jeschek, Managing Partner at the Karimpol Group, emphasized.
