New deregulation proposals include better access to digital infrastructure

The SprawdzaMy – Entrepreneurial Initiative for Poland has published its fourth set of regulatory proposals, focusing on digital infrastructure, banking archives, and legal system efficiency. Key proposals include expanding digital access, especially in underserved areas, digitizing bank archives and court proceedings, and improving infrastructure accessibility for citizens.
Other measures involve mandatory mediation after filing lawsuits, aligning digital and paper correspondence in the energy sector, streamlining investment in renewable energy, and simplifying tax declaration corrections without penalties. The initiative has developed 105 deregulatory solutions so far and aims to present 300 within 100 days, hoping for a 30% adoption rate. It is a grassroots effort to propose business-friendly regulatory reforms to policymakers.
