According to CBRE's "European Office Occupier Sentiment Survey 2024," companies' efforts to bring employees back to the office are yielding results. The percentage of employees working in-office three or more days a week increased from 37% to 43% across European companies. The most common model remains two days in the office, preferred by 40% of employees.
While most companies are satisfied with current attendance, nearly 30% plan to encourage more in-office work. In Poland, expectations are higher, with almost half of companies favoring three days of office presence. Smaller companies tend to have higher in-office attendance, with up to one-third of employees working four or five days on-site. Despite this, hybrid work remains widely accepted, with only 4% of employers pushing for a full five-day office week.
