Poland Moves Toward Economic Deregulation to Boost Competitiveness

In response to Prime Minister Donald Tusk's recent call for economic deregulation, a dedicated team led by InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska has unveiled initial proposals aimed at enhancing Poland's business environment. These recommendations include reducing company inspections by half, simplifying tax regulations, and easing employment procedures for foreign workers.
Andrzej Dycha, President of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), emphasizes that such "smart deregulation" is essential for boosting the competitiveness of Polish enterprises and attracting investments.
“Deregulation of economic law is crucial for increasing the competitiveness of Polish companies and attracting investments,” Dycha emphasized.
He notes that well-designed regulations can make Polish products and services more competitive internationally. Dycha also advocates for strengthening the role of economic chambers to facilitate effective dialogue between businesses and the government. The collaborative effort, which has attracted over 500 entrepreneurs, experts, and officials, aims to create a more business-friendly regulatory landscape, thereby stimulating economic growth and enhancing Poland's position in the global market.
