Report: 28% of blue-collar workers have rights violated at work

A new report by Pracuj.pl reveals that 81% of physical laborers in Poland feel their labor rights are not fully respected, while only 10% believe their rights are very well upheld. Although 35% say they know their rights well, 28% reported frequent violations, with issues like unpaid overtime, denied leave, delayed wages, and lack of safety training being most common.
Many do not report violations—out of fear or lack of knowledge—while a third of complaints lead to no change. Mobility is increasing: 86% have sought and found new jobs in the last two years. Workers prioritize timely pay, job security, and safe working conditions as key employment factors.
