Polenergia eMobility plans to establish around 100 fast electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in Warsaw by the end of 2024, according to board member Piotr Maciołek. The company has already surpassed 50 stations and aims to add 50 more by year-end. Polenergia recently opened a new EV charging hub at Blue City, Warsaw, and is set to develop further hubs along major highways. The company is also preparing a new business strategy, focusing on investment plans and expansion.
The demand for EV charging is growing rapidly, with over 120,000 electric vehicles in Poland, a 40% increase from last year. Siemens supplies the stations, which can deliver up to 300 kW.
