Poznań: Another 500 applications accepted for apartment rentals for ‘25
In 2025, the next phase of the "POZnań - i zamieszkaj" housing program will begin, with applications opening for those interested in renting affordable apartments in Poznań. The Poznań Social Housing Society (PTBS) plans to construct 500 apartments on Żelazna Street, following the success of the first phase, which saw almost 1,000 applicants for apartments in Strzeszyn.
The new development will consist of 12 buildings, each with 5-6 floors, designed to create a community-focused environment with green courtyards. The project will also integrate public spaces and preserve existing greenery. The completion of the project depends on securing funding and permits.
