Seven floors of .KTW II, the tallest office building in the Metropolis of Upper Silesia and Zagłębie, will be occupied by PwC Service Delivery Center. The second office building in the .KTW complex, developed by TDJ Estate in the immediate vicinity of Spodek and the Culture Zone in Katowice, will be put into use early in 2022.
PwC Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC) is part of the PwC advisory company network. Over 2,000 employees in two locations provide services to PwC offices in over 50 countries worldwide. PwC SDC is one of the largest companies in the sector of BPO/SSC and modern business services in Poland and on the local market.
“At a time when we are all wondering what the work after the Sars CoV-2 virus pandemic will look like when talking about the role and future of offices and the safety of users, we can communicate such a huge milestone in the project development process as the finding of a major strategic partner. Despite the challenges posed by the environment, we are expanding the group of .KTW tenants, which confirms that buildings with the highest standard of use, offering modern technical solutions and situated in attractive locations, are appreciated,” Maciej Wójcik, Managing Partner at TDJ Estate, said.
.KTW II is 133 meters tall, has 31 above-ground stories and three underground stories. The characteristic overhangs of the structure are visible between the 8th and 9th floors and between the 19th and 20th floors. PwC SDC will occupy a gross area of approximately 10,000 sqm in the office building, from the 9th floor (including a terrace) to the +15th floor. This accounts for nearly 24 percent of available office space in .KTW II.
