Refield finalizes sale of three retail parks to Falcon IM for PLN 150 mln
Refield sold two retail parks, Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski, to Falcon Investment Management for over PLN 150 million. These parks, totaling 22,000 m² GLA, were completed by Refield in late 2023. Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński, the first of the three parks, was sold to Falcon in 2022. Refield highlighted the successful commercialization of these modern retail spaces before completion, with popular retail brands as tenants. This sale aligns with Falcon's long-term strategy to develop a network of dominant regional retail parks. Falcon's CEO, Piotr Piechocki, emphasized the high quality of their acquisitions and commitment to partnering with financially stable entities.
