Report: second quarter interest in apartments lower in secondary market
Interest in advertisements for apartments in the secondary market declined by 24% in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter, according to nieruchomosci-online.pl. Prices of apartments in many cities showed minimal increases or even decreases during this period.
The decrease in interest is largely attributed to the impact of the "Safe 2% Loan" program. Analysts also identified increased supply, skepticism towards government programs, and changing seller behaviors as contributing factors to the market dynamics observed.
