Parks account for 96% of new retail space in Poland, with investments focusing on small-town shopping centers. In Q1 2024, 86,500 square meters of retail space were added, totaling 14.12 million square meters of modern retail space nationwide. The largest additions were OTO Park Koszalin (38,000 sqm), Park Handlowy Pyskowice (8,000 sqm), and Aura Park Przeworsk (6,700 sqm). Retail sales in Q1 2024 increased by 5%, supporting market growth.

International brands like Made by Society, Jack & Jones, and Kamalion have entered the Polish market. Base rents remain stable, ranging from 100-130 EUR/sqm/month in Warsaw's prime retail centers and 40-60 EUR/sqm/month in other major cities. For retail parks, base rents average 9-12 EUR/sqm/month.
