Saudi Arabia allowed beef import from Poland
The veterinary services of Saudi Arabia approved the import of beef products from Poland due to the positive results of the audit, General Veterinary Inspectorate (GIW) said on Friday. The audit was carried out from September 30 to October 4. As a result, the export ban imposed in February was lifted. Ten companies are allowed to export to Saudi Arabia.
Beef production in Poland in 2019 may amount to 1.1 million tonnes, which is by 2 percent more than a year ago.
