Skanska's latest investment will provide the Warsaw market with 26,600 sqm of office space. The building is scheduled to be completed in 2025, according to the planned schedule.

Construction of the two-phase Studio complex began in August 2021. The first phase, Studio B, was completed in November 2023. Now Skanska is starting the second part of the project – a tower building that will have 27 floors, as well as 4 underground floors (built earlier, during the construction of phase B).

“The last few years have been a major test for the office market. Premium properties in well-connected, vibrant locations created using the highest ESG standards passed this test very well. This is exactly what our Studio office complex in the center of Warsaw is. The confirmation is the success of the commercialization of its first phase, which was fully leased even before it was put into use,” said Katarzyna Zawodna-Bijoch, President and CEO of Skanska's office division in Central and Eastern Europe.
