In 2025, fewer Polish employees expect salary increases compared to the previous year. According to a Randstad and Pollster survey, 53% of workers anticipate a raise, down from 59% in 2024. Men are more optimistic (56%) than women (49%), and salary expectations are highest among managers, supervisors, and top executives.
Sectors like hospitality, public administration, transport, and logistics have the highest expectations for raises, while drivers, specialists, educators, and healthcare workers are the least optimistic. Experts suggest that slower wage growth, stable inflation, and improved workplace benefits are reducing salary pressure. Additionally, job satisfaction factors like flexibility, workplace atmosphere, and career growth are becoming more significant in employee expectations.
