TEL RED sells assets in Park Kalisz
TEL Real Estate Developer (TEL RED) has finalized a comprehensive transaction for the sale of the Park Kalisz investment project, which comprises approximately 20,000 sqm of logistics and light industrial space. MNK Partners has acquired the logistics portion of the portfolio, while Konveyor has acquired the industrial portion.
Park Kalisz TEL RED is a multifunctional complex of buildings located in the center of Kalisz. The building complex, which was completed at the beginning of 2022, includes logistics assets and light industry facilities with a total area of approximately 20,000 sqm, all of which are leased to leading international companies. The innovative design of the facility allows logistics companies to operate more efficiently and effectively.
"This transaction further strengthens TEL RED's position as a partner for major international logistics players in the niche of small and medium-sized buildings in tier 2 cities and further accelerates its future development," Domenico Sibilio, CEO and owner of TEL Real Estate Developer, said.
