By June 2024, Polish investment funds' assets reached a record PLN 361.8 billion, up 1% from May. This growth continues a 17-month positive trend despite market volatility. In July, retail investment products saw PLN 3.9 billion in net inflows. Bond funds, particularly those with higher interest rate risk, saw assets increase by PLN 4.8 billion to nearly PLN 137 billion. Mixed funds grew by PLN 184 million to PLN 42.9 billion.
Equity funds experienced a decline of PLN 1.5 billion to PLN 38.4 billion due to net outflows. Other segments, like commodity and absolute return funds, had varied results. Overall, bond and mixed funds performed well, while equity funds faced challenges.
