Vastint Poland is embarking on its first venture in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) with the development of the Pastelowo estate in Poznań. This project will consist of 255 apartments exclusively for long-term rental. Completion is expected in early 2025, with the first tenant contracts slated to be signed then. Vastint plans to deliver around 4,000 apartments in several Polish cities over the next five years, with Pastelowo being a significant addition to its portfolio. The development includes seven buildings, well-equipped apartments, private gardens or balconies, and communal amenities such as a garage, bike racks, and a playground.

Vastint will manage the property and aims to offer a seamless leasing experience for tenants.
