Developer Dzisiejszy Dom is now finishing construction work on the first phase of its Minimaxy micro apartment project in Wrocław, which will comprise a total of 128 units in two buildings. All of the units, which are sized 24 sqm and can be used for short-term or long-term rentals, have already been sold and will be turned over to their buyers in the first quarter of next year. A further two buildings will be developed in the second phase of the scheme. The entire development will offer 264 micro apartments.
