CBRE commercializing Warsaw’s Mokotów Nova building
CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the Mokotów Nova office building in Warsaw, which is owned by Nova Investments, a special-purpose vehicle of Curzon Capital Partners III (CCP III) that is managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The building is located on ul. Wołoska in the Służewiec business area of the Mokotów district of the city and was completed in 2012. It offers 43,000 sqm of leasable space with its tenants including Bacardi-Martini, Gothaer, LG and Oriflame. CCP III bought the property in 2013.
