Due to the development of CBRE in Poznań, the company decided to expand the office space in the Młyńska 12 tenement house. It is a restored, multi-functional 19th-century historic building located in the city center. The new CBRE office has 80 sqm and has been arranged in such a way that it creates jobs for more employees.

"The real estate market in Wielkopolska is developing rapidly. Similar to other areas of the country, warehouse properties are very popular, which have accelerated especially since the beginning of the pandemic. Poznań stands out from the rest of the regions with an increase in office space. In 2021 alone, almost 36,000 sqm were added, which translated into a 6 percent increase y/y," Karolina Galas, head of the Poznań region at CBRE, said.

Młyńska12 is a unique building on the city map, dating from the 19th century and restored by enthusiasts of such monuments. The facility has offices, but also conference and banquet spaces, places of contact with art, a restaurant with a beautiful courtyard, as well as a Cigar Room, and a Whiskey Bar. For guests and users of the building, there is an exit to the roof available, from which you can see the panorama of Poznań.
