CBRE managing Renaissance offices in Warsaw
CBRE has been appointed as the property manager of the Renaissance office building in downtown Warsaw, which is owned by the KanAm Grund Leading Cities Invest fund. The property is located at the intersection of the Polish capital’s ul. Marszałkowska and ul. Mokotowska and offers more than 5,200 sqm of space. It was originally completed at the beginning of the 20th century and then modernized, remodeled and repurposed in the years 2003-2005 by developer Yareal.
