Draft regulation for minimum wage proposal for 2025 set for PLN 4,626 gross
A draft regulation from the Council of Ministers proposes setting the minimum wage at PLN 4,626 gross per month and the minimum hourly wage at 30.2 PLN gross starting January 2025. These figures match those submitted for negotiation to the Social Dialogue Council.
If the Social Dialogue Council does not agree on these figures within 30 days of receiving the proposal, the Council of Ministers is required to establish them through a regulation. The Council of Ministers' figures cannot be lower than those proposed for negotiation.
Since no agreement was reached by the statutory deadline, the Council of Ministers must finalize these amounts by September 15.
