The head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen announced at a press conference that on Tuesday at a meeting of the European Commission there will be a discussion on the rule of law in Poland, including temporary measures of the Court of Justice of the EU.
As she pointed out, the discussion will concern the infringement procedure regarding Poland about the judiciary and the issue of interim measures that could be taken by the EU Court of Justice. “This will be the essence of the debate,” she added.
It is about the disciplinary system in the judiciary contested last year to the CJEU.
