Budimex and Strabag executives highlighted risks such as long administrative delays and low contract value adjustments for public projects. They emphasized the need for 5-10 year investment roadmaps to allow firms to invest in equipment and workforce development.
Government officials acknowledged the need for more reliable procurement schedules, with plans to extend forecasting from one to two years in the near future.
