Fuzja wins MIPIM awards
Fuzja (Fusion) in Łódź, Poland, won the prestigious MIPIM Award for Best Urban Regeneration Project. This mixed-use development, designed by Medusa Group and developed by Echo Investment Group, also earned the Special Jury Award, recognizing it as the jury’s favorite among highly competitive entries.
Located in the heart of Łódź, Fuzja spans 8 hectares on the site of a former factory in the city’s historic textile district. The project revitalizes the area, offering 90,000 sqm of residential, commercial, and cultural spaces across 22 buildings, including 15 restored heritage structures. Fuzja reimagines the industrial core of the city, creating a vibrant, sustainable "15-minute city" where residents can access key services within a short walk.
