In October 2024, indicators from most sectors, including industrial processing, showed a decline in economic conditions, according to the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Seasonally unadjusted data highlight this negative trend, particularly in "predictive" components, while "diagnostic" indicators remained unchanged.
The financial and insurance sectors reported the most favorable outlook (+22.1), though below their long-term average (+25.5).
Conversely, the industrial processing sector (-10.0) and accommodation and gastronomy (-9.3) expressed the most pessimism. Other sectors, like construction and wholesale trade, also showed declines. Overall, the climate indicator for various sectors ranged from -10.0 in industrial processing to +22.1 in finance.
