Skybar begins its activity with the opening of a terrace with a beautiful view of the panorama of Warsaw!

The Roof is a unique place on the 21st floor of the Crowne Plaza® Warsaw and Holiday Inn Express® Warsaw – The HUB complexes. From next Saturday – finally! – it will be open to all guests. In the beginning, per the current restrictions, the unusual offer of the skybar will be available on the terrace, under the open sky, with a breathtaking view of the panorama of Warsaw!

The Roof's offer includes original cocktails made up by bartender – Kamil Markiewicz. 

"We had a lot of time to refine our sky offer down to the smallest details," he emphasizes. “Our main, unchanging idea was to create something that would relate to Stara Wola – legendary district of Warsaw,” he adds. 

“We wanted to present this extraordinary city in our cocktail menu. Then the idea for Warsaparilla was born. The name was created by mixing the words: Warsaw and sarsaparilla – a unique plant with amazing health properties from Central America. Dried spiky leaves of sarsaparilla support immunity! In our version of the cocktail, they are accompanied by homemade raspberry shrub, tonic, and gin, necessarily with the addition of raspberries and basil leaves,” Kamil Markiewicz said.

The Roof’s menu could not miss the culinary offer, which was created under the eye of the chef at Crowne Plaza – Paweł Suchenek. 

“Our restaurant – Nova Wola, is still waiting for the end of the lockdown. Fortunately, from this Saturday, The Roof’s guests will be able to taste our cuisine at least a little,” he adds. “The menu includes Polish beef tartare with pickled vegetables and mushrooms, tom kha kai soup with chicken and shrimps, Angus burger with Mimolette cheese, and a selection of artisanal ice cream for dessert,” he concludes.
