IPAG: in ‘24 Poland’s GDP will grow up to +2.9% or more, CPI up to 5.2%

In 2024, Poland's GDP is expected to grow by 2.9%, rising to 3.6% in 2025. According to estimates of the Institute of Economic Forecasts and Analyzes (IPAG), CPI inflation will hit 5.2% by year-end 2024, decreasing to 4.0% by the end of 2025. Q2 2024 GDP growth was 2.7%, with forecasts showing acceleration to 3.3% in Q3 and 3.7% in Q4. Domestic demand is projected to increase by 4.9% in 2024 and 5.5% in 2025. Investment growth will be slower in 2024 but expected to rise by 9.8% in 2025.

Unemployment is anticipated to be 5.2% in both years. Real wage growth is projected at 8.6% for 2024 and 3.5% for 2025.
