Marktlink, a mergers and acquisitions consulting company, opens office in Warsaw
Marktlink, the largest independent M&A advisory firm in Europe for mid-sized enterprises, has opened its first office in Central and Eastern Europe, located in Warsaw. This marks their 18th office in Europe, with Anna Maria Jędrzejczak leading the Polish branch.
Since its establishment in 1996 in the Netherlands, Marktlink has successfully completed over 1,200 transactions, making it the fastest-growing independent M&A advisor in Europe. The firm anticipates around 150 transactions this year. They chose Poland due to its strong economic presence and diverse entrepreneurial landscape, recognizing its potential for M&A advisory services.
Jędrzejczak brings extensive experience in M&A, having previously worked as a director at EY, and is seen as key to Marktlink's expansion in the region.
