ROBYG Group has received a building permit for the next stage of the My Ursus investment. There are 166 units in total, with areas ranging from 31-95 sqm. Construction is planned to start in June 2021, and complete in the fourth quarter of 2022. All the premises as standard, at no additional cost, will be equipped with the Keemple Smart House system, which increases the comfort and safety of use and allows to reduce operating costs. Ultimately, the investments carried out by ROBYG in Ursus (Nowy Ursus station and My Ursus) will include over 3,000 premises with full infrastructure facilities.

"We notice greater interest in housing estates located close to greenery, in quiet neighborhoods – such as ROBYG My Ursus or Osiedle Życzliwa Praga in the nearby Tarchomin. However, a very important aspect is excellent and fast communication with the center and other districts of the city. Therefore, customers are more likely to choose investments on the outskirts of cities, but not in typical suburbs, where getting there is not so convenient. ROBYG is constantly looking for locations that meet the most important criteria of our clients – we offer housing estates with lots of greenery, ensuring peace and safety, spaces for children, sports, and recreation. Balconies, terraces, or gardens are also very important," Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for ROBYG Warsaw and Wrocław, said.
