Largest commercial real estate owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), continues to implement the proprietary OfficeME program, aimed at strengthening relations with tenants and improving the comfort of work.

The OfficeME program was developed as a response to the set strategic goals of building and strengthening relationships with tenants, as a key element of CPIPG's sustainable development policy. The idea behind the program is to introduce practical solutions and amenities that facilitate safe functioning in office buildings and make everyday office life easier and more enjoyable. CPIPG started implementing OfficeME

in September 2020 at Warsaw Financial Center, then at Atrium Centrum and Central Tower in autumn. In March 2021 the program covers the buildings belonging to the CPIPG portfolio located in Aleje Jerozolimskie: Eurocentrum Office Complex, Equator I, Equator II, and Equator IV. The office buildings offer a total of over 150,000 sqm of GLA, and approx. 13,000 people.

“We have been conducting communication activities for a long time, aimed at increasing the synergy between individual buildings, especially in terms of using the infrastructure and available amenities, mainly offered by Eurocentrum, which has a modern retail and service complex. Now, thanks to the introduction of the program, we will be able to integrate employees more and help in building better networking between companies based in individual buildings, for example by organizing special events or presenting products and services offered by our tenants," Monika Olejnik-Okuniewska, Marketing Director CPIPG Poland, said.
