In December 2024, housing prices in Warsaw and Kraków remained at March 2024 levels, according to analysts from the Polish Economic Institute (PIE). The average price per square meter across Poland was PLN 11,800, while in the six largest cities, it reached PLN 15,400.
Prices in these cities fell by 0.6% compared to November 2024, reflecting overall market stabilization since April 2024. December marked the second consecutive month without double-digit price increases—the first such period in over 18 months.
Analysts noted a slight but steady price increase in smaller towns, while major cities saw no significant change, reinforcing the trend of price stability in Poland’s housing market.
