Poland and USA conclude cooperation agreement on countering disinformation
Poland and the USA signed an agreement to counter information manipulation by third countries. The agreement aims to improve information exchange on threats and enhance disinformation countermeasures. The signing ceremony included Tomasz Chłoń from Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and James P. Rubin from the U.S. Department of State. Both countries reaffirmed their commitment to fighting international disinformation by strengthening societal resilience and imposing costs on disinformers through sanctions and other actions.
The agreement seeks to unify strategies and improve cooperation to combat harmful foreign manipulation in the global media environment.
