Poland Records Lowest Unemployment Rate in the EU in March

Poland's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate remained at 2.9 percent in March, according to Eurostat methodology, matching the February figure. This represents the lowest rate in the European Union. The number of unemployed individuals in March stood at 515,000, down from 516,000 in the previous month.
The Czech Republic also recorded a 2.9 percent unemployment rate in March.
Poland's persistently low unemployment rate highlights the strength of its labor market and economic resilience. The country's favorable unemployment situation contrasts with broader trends in the EU, where the average unemployment rate stood at 6.6 percent in March. The data underscores Poland's position as a leader in low unemployment among EU member states.
