Poland's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture, Henryk Kowalczyk, held talks with the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Spain, Luis Planas, to discuss the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and Spain's upcoming presidency of the EU, as well as the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
