Poles favor parcel machines for deliveries
A recent Biostat study commissioned by 2PR reveals that 76.2% of Poles prefer collecting online purchases via parcel machines, with 83.1% considering them the best delivery option. The "Poles' Attitudes Towards Parcel Machines" report shows courier delivery to the door as the second most popular method, chosen by 18.3% of respondents. Parcel machines are particularly favored by the youngest demographic (18-29), with 90.6% viewing them as the optimal delivery method. Women slightly favor parcel machines more than men, at 77% versus 75.4%. The survey highlights the convenience, speed, and eco-friendliness of parcel machines, which have become a staple in Poland's urban logistics.
