The Rondo Daszyńskiego area in Warsaw's Wola district has successfully adapted to changes in business needs and post-pandemic realities. According to Cushman & Wakefield’s report, "Focus on Wola. Rondo Daszyńskiego – Live & Work Destination," the area has seen a 140% increase in office space over the past decade, alongside significant growth in residential and commercial infrastructure.

The population within a 10-minute walk is set to double, and office workers in the area are expected to reach 55,000 by 2030. The district's development supports the 15-minute city concept, with over 2,200 public facilities nearby. Despite a current slowdown in new office developments due to inflation, Wola remains a highly sought-after location, with limited land availability driving future competition.
