Resi Capital put up for sale 160 apartments in Lodz
Resi Capital, owned by Cavatina Group, has put another 160 apartments in the Tuwima Apartments complex for sale, the company said.
The two buildings will eventually have a total of about 600 apartments, complete with a service area on the first floor.
Resi Capital is a company owned by the Cavatina Group, which is also a major shareholder of VSE-listed Cavatina Holding.
