Resi4Rent, Poland’s largest operator in the private rental sector (PRS), is expanding its subscription-based housing offerings in Wrocław, one of the country’s fastest-growing cities. The company's latest investment, Resi4Rent Wrocław Park Zachodni, has increased its portfolio in the city by 20 percent.

Resi4Rent is expanding its portfolio to meet the needs of the rapidly growing rental market. The company currently manages 5,000 furnished and fully equipped subscription apartments across six cities, maintaining its market leadership with over a 20 percent share in the PRS sector as of the first half of 2024. This year alone, the company plans to complete construction of over 1,900 additional units as part of its new investment projects.
