Savills Strengthens Industrial Services Hub
The consulting firm operating in the commercial real estate market announces the strengthening of its Industrial Services Hub team, with Emil Chwieduk joining at the beginning of October. The experienced consultant has taken the position of Associate and will be responsible for comprehensive advice to tenants, developers, and investors throughout Poland, with a particular focus on the Warsaw, Szczecin, and eastern wall regions.
Emil Chwieduk is an experienced manager with over 12 years in commercial real estate projects. Over the years, he has collaborated with tenants in the logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors, serving both domestic and international clients.
