Skanska revitalizes the area near the P180 building
Diverse greenery, a playground, bike stations, and small architectural elements designed for relaxation and gatherings are just some of the solutions implemented in the development of the area around the P180 office building by Skanska. The developer has just handed over this space to the Mokotów District Office, which will be responsible for its ongoing maintenance.
"P180 sets a new standard in the vicinity of the Wilanowska metro station. We have not only taken care of sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions inside and outside the building but also created a place where people want to spend time with friends and family. In this way, P180 aligns with the city's policies while also setting new standards for office building design, where placemaking plays a fundamental role," Robert Ryś, project manager at Skanska's office company in the CEE region, said.
