YIT begins the implementation of the third stage of the Aroma Park housing estate. In the next phase of the project, new buildings will be erected that will offer 90 flats surrounded by rich greenery and historical buildings of the Henryk Bienenthal yeast distillery. The general contractor is UNIBEP. Aroma Park is very popular - all apartments that were built as part of stages I and II have already been sold out.

“From the very beginning, Aroma Park is guided by one basic goal - we want to create a living space that uniquely combines unique history, beautiful architecture and natural surroundings. The two stages of investment already completed are the best proof that it is possible. The new offer can be found on our website, where we introduced the option of remote booking of premises, as well as in person at the sales office at 10 Klasyków Street,” Tomasz Konarski, president of YIT in Poland, said.

The new Aroma Park buildings are a coherent continuation of the existing buildings. They will have four floors above ground and an underground car park. 131 parking spaces will be available to residents, some of which will be equipped with charging systems for electric and hybrid cars. Completion of construction is planned for the fourth quarter of 2021.
