Towarowa22 redefines luxury
The Towarowa22 project in Warsaw, led by Archicom, Echo Investment, and AFI Europe, is making significant progress, with the Office House office building nearing completion and construction of the premium M7 apartment complex underway.
Located on Miedziana Street, M7 will feature apartments ranging from 38 to 148 square meters, with flexible layouts allowing unit combinations. Premium amenities include large balconies, winter gardens, and panoramic park views. The development centers around a 2-hectare public park, complemented by a restored cultural pavilion.
In just five months, 30% of M7’s apartments have been sold, showcasing strong demand for this high-end urban lifestyle offering. Residents will enjoy a fitness club, sauna, resident’s lounge, cinema room, and luxury simulators.
The M7 building will reach ground level in early 2025, with completion slated for late 2026. Meanwhile, Office House will be ready by spring 2025, further solidifying Towarowa22 as a landmark development.
