Vastint with building permit for Gdynia development
Developer Vastint has obtained a building permit for the first four buildings that will be built within the company’s Gdynia Waterfront II project in Gdynia on the Baltic coast. The planned scheme will total 44,000 sqm and will include two office buildings offering 14,500 sqm of GLA and two residential buildings comprising 126 apartments. Vastint expects to be able to launch construction work on the development in the spring of next year. In 2015, the company completed the Gdynia Waterfront investment, which consists of an office building and a hotel.
