We want to lead in creating city-building developments

Interview with Dawid Wrona – Board Member of Archicom S.A., Responsible for Launching Archicom Collection, a New Premium Real Estate Brand Interview by Morten Lindholm

We want to lead in creating city-building developments

WBJ: Where did the idea for creating a new real estate brand come from?

Dawid Wrona: The introduction of the Archicom Collection brand is a strategic step for us, stemming from years of collaboration between Echo Investment Group and Archicom Group. We aim to offer clients more than just a place to live. We focus on exceptional premium projects where architecture, art, and attention to detail create a harmonious whole.

Archicom Collection was conceived with the most demanding clients in mind, those seeking luxury and a personalized approach. Our first project, Apartments M7 in the Towarowa22 complex, is our response to their needs.

What defines a truly premium product?

A premium product is not just about a prestigious location but also the meticulous attention to detail visible in the building and customer service process. Working with renowned architects and interior designers, we design spaces that are as visually stunning as they are highly functional.

Another essential element is authenticity. A premium brand should stand out in the market not only with its unique design but also with values that resonate with its clients. The focus has shifted from merely fulfilling housing requirements to offering an enriched lifestyle, unforgettable experiences, and personal stories.

What specific actions are you taking to exceed client expectations in the premium segment?

We want our projects to be symbols of quality not only today but in 5, 10, or even 15 years. That’s why we invest in innovation, analyze trends, and consider the needs of future generations. Sustainability is a priority—we use eco-friendly materials, ensure energy efficiency, and implement modern technologies to reduce resource consumption.

Together with Echo Investment and Afi Europe, we are creating green enclaves with parks and gardens that enhance residents' quality of life and protect local ecosystems.

We believe a residential investment is not just a building but also a space that promotes relaxation, physical activity, and social bonds. That’s why our project includes fitness zones, a spa, and meeting areas, such as an intimate cinema room and a lounge area.

Today’s clients are collectors of experiences—M7, the first project of its kind in Poland, boasts its own art collection, including works like photographs by the legendary Helmut Newton. We’ve also partnered with Lamborghini Poland, offering M7 clients the unique experience of driving with a professional simulator. We want our clients to feel part of an exclusive community that shares common passions and values.

How will market demand influence the planning of Archicom Collection investments? Which current trends do you find most promising?

There’s a lot of talk about three elements that distinguish premium products: Time, Truth, and Trust. Besides owning Time, which remains a universal aspiration, clients want to know that the brands they invest in represent their values and offer personalized services tailored to their needs.

I believe the market leader today is the one who delivers experiences aligned with clients’ expectations, saves them time, and allows them to identify with the values promoted.

Why have you chosen to invest in art as part of your premium brand strategy?

Globally, there are numerous examples of how art enhances the prestige and appeal of real estate. In London, the first apartments with private art galleries emerged nearly a decade ago. A perfect example is The Chilterns in Marylebone.

In Paris, you can find rental apartments filled with contemporary art in trendy locations like Montmartre, Saint-Germain, or Marais. In the U.S., art is used to emphasize the artistic atmosphere of a place. This was the case with developments in Boston’s South End, where local artists virtually shaped the concept of luxury residential buildings filled with paintings, sculptures, and murals. These projects not only attract media attention and win awards but also create unique communities and increase property value.

We believe that incorporating art into development projects is the key to creating unique spaces that are not only beautiful but also valuable to residents and the city as a whole. We want our investments to be open to the local community. We plan to organize exhibitions, artist meetups, and cultural events that foster dialogue and integration. This philosophy sets us apart from the competition and is a message we want to clearly communicate.

What challenges and opportunities lie ahead for developers in the coming years? What are your ambitions and goals?

The future of the development industry is a constant mix of challenges and opportunities. Clients are becoming increasingly aware and demanding, expecting not just high quality but also ecological and innovative solutions. We must continuously evolve, invest in green technologies, and create projects that meet the needs of the modern world.

Our ambition is to set new industry standards. We want to lead in creating city-building developments that inspire and stimulate the senses. We believe our projects will contribute to improving residents’ quality of life, developing local communities, and creating more sustainable cities.
